Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any paid services.

2. Free Listings

Our Free Listing tier does not involve any payment and therefore is not subject to refund considerations. Free listings can be created, modified, or removed at any time without financial obligation.

3. Premium and Enterprise Listings

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for both Premium ($50/year) and Enterprise ($200/year) listing subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. To be eligible for this refund, you must contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. This policy applies because we provide immediate access to premium features and enhanced visibility upon payment, and our costs for providing these services are incurred upfront.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund within the eligible 30-day period, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via email at [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  • Include your account email address and subscription details
  • Provide your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful for improving our services)
  • Allow 5-7 business days for processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium or Enterprise subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current subscription period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining time in your subscription period if you cancel after the initial 30-day money-back guarantee period. Your subscription will not automatically renew after cancellation.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside of the standard 30-day window. These circumstances may include:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from accessing your paid features for an extended period
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service disruptions caused by our platform

7. Violation of Terms

If your account is terminated due to violation of our User Agreement or Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of the remaining time in your subscription period. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or abuse of our platform.

8. Upgrades and Downgrades

If you upgrade from Premium to Enterprise during your subscription period, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining time in your subscription. If you downgrade from Enterprise to Premium, the difference will be credited to your account for future use but will not be refunded as cash. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

9. Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider (chargeback) without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly to address any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback, as we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. However, any changes will not affect refund requests for purchases made before the policy change.
