User Agreement

3. User Accounts and Registration

To list your agency or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

4. Listing Requirements and Standards

When creating an agency listing, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about your agency
• Only list legitimate, operational businesses
• Not misrepresent your services, capabilities, or credentials
• Ensure all portfolio work displayed is your own or properly licensed
• Maintain current and accurate contact information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing that violates these standards or our policies.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
• Spam or send unsolicited communications through our platform
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate our system

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Deensethad Directory and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for their intended purpose.

By submitting content to our platform (such as agency descriptions, portfolios, or reviews), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our services.

7. Payment Terms

For paid listing subscriptions:

• All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not verify the accuracy of agency listings and are not responsible for the quality of services provided by listed agencies. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when selecting service providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deensethad Directory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deensethad Directory, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. 13. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Agreement on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. 14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
